SE Autocare provides professional car detailing services. All services are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

3. Right of Refusal

SE Autocare reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to any individual, vehicle, or situation deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate.
  • Decline vehicles with excessive hazards such as biohazards, infestations, or aggressive client behavior.
  • Stop services mid-detail if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented, with the client remaining liable for costs incurred up to that point.

4. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in full service charges.

5. Scheduling & Adjustment Policy

While SE Autocare will make every effort to honor your scheduled appointment, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, prior job delays, staff shortages) may require adjustments.

  • Clients will be notified of any changes as early as possible.
  • If rescheduling is required due to SE Autocare's availability, deposits will be transferred to the new appointment.

6. Pricing & Adjustment Policy

  • All prices listed on our website or provided in quotes are subject to change.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, or additional services required beyond the original booking description.
  • Clients will be informed of any price adjustments prior to commencement of work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information about the vehicle's condition during booking.
  • Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. SE Autocare is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in the vehicle.
  • Access to water and electricity may be required for mobile detailing services (if applicable).

8. Liability Disclaimer

SE Autocare exercises the highest level of care during all services; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the vehicle.
  • Damage caused by faulty components (e.g., brittle trim, defective seals, paint imperfections).
  • Weather-related issues beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Warranty of Service

  • SE Autocare does not guarantee results for vehicles with severe pre-existing damage, stains, or defects beyond the scope of detailing.
  • Any service-related claims must be made within 24 hours of completion and supported by photographic evidence where applicable.

10. Use of Website

  • All website content is the property of SE Autocare and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
  • Unauthorized use of the website may give rise to claims for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.
